Does Flownerves Expire? Where to Find a Date on Your Bottle

Quick answer

We saw no best-before or expiry date for Flow Nerves, because we saw no label image. Look at the bottle and the box. If you find no date, call the order desk with your order ID and lot. Do not take capsules past a printed date or from a damaged seal.

Does flownerves expire, and what do we know?

We cannot give a date. Does flownerves expire is a fair question, and the honest answer is that we saw no best-before or expiry date for it, since we saw no label image and no Supplement Facts panel.

We have two references from the seller: the lot FN-26/FL-7548 and the CoA reference FN-7548-26-FL. Both are the seller's own references. They are not lab proof, and they are not a date. We found no source in our set that states a shelf life for this product or for the six ingredients, so we state none. Anything more specific would be a guess. The supplement facts page lists what was and was not printed.

Where might a date be printed on a bottle?

A date, if there is one, may sit in a few places. Check each before you call anyone.

Place to lookWhat to look forWhat we know
Bottle base or shoulderA stamped or inked date, often next to a lot codeNot seen
Label back panelBest by, use by or exp, with the lotNo label image seen

The lot on your bottle should match the lot you were told. If it does not, say so when you call. The real or fake guide shows how to compare a bottle with the references.

How do you ask the order desk about a date?

  1. Gather the details

Your order ID, the pack you bought, and the lot code from the bottle.

  2. Call the desk

The order desk is +1 (302) 200-3480, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. The website inbox on this site has no order access.

  3. Ask in writing too

Email the order address with the same details, so you hold a record.

  4. Keep the answer

Write down the date you were given, who gave it and the day you asked.

The contact details are on our contact page. For a bottle you want to send back, follow the refund policy page, and confirm the live policy.

What should you not do with an old or doubtful bottle?

01

Do not take past a printed date

If your bottle prints a date and it has passed, do not take the capsules. Ask the desk about a replacement.

02

Do not use a broken seal

A torn seal, a damaged bottle or capsules that look wet or changed are reasons to stop and call before taking one.

03

Keep children away

Store the bottle out of reach. Supplements can poison a child, and a source on one of the ingredients lists poisoning in children (Memorial Sloan Kettering, Alpha-Lipoic Acid).

Natural or not, a supplement is not a safe-by-default product (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely). Tell your pharmacist what you take (FDA, Mixing Medications and Dietary Supplements Can Endanger Your Health).

FAQ

Flow Nerves questions people ask

How long does a Flow Nerves bottle last before it expires?

We do not know. No date was printed on what we saw, and no source in our set gives a shelf life. Check your bottle and ask the order desk.

Is the lot number an expiry date?

No. The lot FN-26/FL-7548 is the seller's reference for a lot. It does not tell you a date.

What if my Flow Nerves has no date at all?

Call the order desk with your order ID and the lot code, and ask for the date in writing. Pause use until you have an answer.
