Flow Nerves Supplement Facts: What Is and Is Not Printed
We found no Flow Nerves Supplement Facts panel. No label image, serving table, milligram amount or Daily Value appeared anywhere we looked. The sales page prints the form, the count, the directions, six ingredient names and a guarantee. We list those facts, mark every gap, and score the label seven of 15 for what is printed.

The flownerves supplement facts
Is there a Flow Nerves supplement facts panel?
Not on anything we saw. When people search for flownerves supplement facts they expect a boxed panel with a serving size, amounts and percent Daily Values. We found a sales page, a bottle render and a list of contacts, and none of them is that panel.
The bottle render prints the name FlowNerves, “NERVE SUPPORT*”, “30 CAPSULES” and “DIETARY SUPPLEMENT”. It is a brand picture, not a photo of a label we hold, and we never describe it as a label. The asterisk points to the usual FDA statement, which says the FDA has not evaluated the wording. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements).
So we do what a panel cannot be asked to do. We list the facts that are printed, mark the ones that are not, and keep our own score separate from any opinion about the capsule.
What we saw
What does the Flow Nerves label show?
The Flow Nerves label, as far as the sales page lets us read it, is a short list. Below is the typed-out version, with each missing field marked.
| Product name | Flow Nerves (the render prints FlowNerves and “NERVE SUPPORT*”) |
|---|---|
| Form and count | Capsules. 30 capsules per bottle, 30 servings (sales page). |
| Directions | One capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water (sales FAQ). |
| Who | Adults 18 and over. |
| Named ingredients | Magnesium glycinate; alpha-lipoic acid; butcher's broom root extract; L-carnitine; turmeric extract (sales page: 95% curcuminoids); coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone). Sold as a proprietary blend. |
| Amount of each ingredient | Not shown on what we saw. We print none. |
| Blend total and split | Not shown on what we saw. |
| Daily Value | Not shown on what we saw. |
| Other ingredients | Not shown on what we saw. |
| Allergens | Not shown on what we saw. |
| Storage and caution lines | Not shown on what we saw. Read your own bottle. |
| Maker | Not named on what we saw. |
| Lot and best-before | Not shown; the seller's reference lot is FN-26/FL-7548 (CoA reference FN-7548-26-FL). |
| FDA statement | These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. |
One capsule is one serving, and a bottle holds 30 servings. The lot FN-26/FL-7548 and the CoA reference FN-7548-26-FL are the seller's own references. No lab report was shown to us, so they are not proof of testing.

A panel versus what we saw
What would a real Supplement Facts panel add?
A panel answers four questions: how much, how many servings, what else is inside, and how it is labelled as a blend.
| A panel normally gives | Flow Nerves, on what we saw |
|---|---|
| Serving size | One capsule (sales-page directions) |
| Servings per container | 30 |
| Amount per serving, in mg or mcg | Not printed for any ingredient |
| Percent Daily Value | Not printed |
| Blend name and one total weight | A proprietary blend is named; no total |
| Other ingredients | Not printed |
| Allergen statement | Not printed |
A federal rule lets a label list a blend with one combined weight instead of an amount per ingredient (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR), Supplement Facts and proprietary blends). We saw neither the combined weight nor the per-ingredient amounts. Our blend page explains what the rule means for a buyer.

See packsWhy it matters
Why do missing amounts matter?
Because every public study states an amount, and a missing amount cannot be compared with it.
A trial of alpha-lipoic acid in people with diabetic neuropathy used 600 to 1800 mg a day, and two reviews disagree on what it found (Cochrane review, Alpha-lipoic acid for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (2024)). The National Institutes of Health set an upper level of 350 mg a day for magnesium taken as a supplement (NIH ODS, Magnesium (health professional fact sheet)). Neither number can be held up against a Flow Nerves capsule, because the capsule states none. We do not say the blend is low or high. We say it is unknown.
Ask the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 for the full label before you order. Read your own bottle when it arrives, because the bottle that arrives wins over any page.
Check it yourself
How can you check a supplement label on your own?
- Find the panel. Look for the box headed Supplement Facts, with a serving size at the top.
- Read the amounts. Each ingredient should have a weight, unless it sits in a blend, where one total may stand in.
- Check other ingredients. Shell, fillers and allergens appear below the panel.
- Name the maker. No maker is named on what we saw.
- Ask a pharmacist. Bring the label and every medicine you take (FDA, Mixing Medications and Dietary Supplements Can Endanger Your Health).
