What is Flow Nerves, in three facts?

What is Flow Nerves? A capsule, sold in bottles of 30, that names six ingredients and prints no amount for any of them. Three facts frame every answer below.

01

A capsule, not a drug

One capsule a day with a meal and a full glass of water, from the sales-page FAQ. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before sale.

02

Six names, no amounts

7 of 15 label items are printed on what we saw. Every milligram amount is missing.

03

No product study

We found no trial of Flow Nerves. Studies of single ingredients used set amounts this product does not print.

These Flow Nerves questions come from what readers ask most: the label, the directions, medicines, price and the 60-day promise. Where the sales page is silent, the answer says so. Each answer links to the page that goes deeper.

The product

What are the basic questions about the Flow Nerves capsule?

What is Flow Nerves?

Flow Nerves is a dietary supplement sold as capsules, 30 to a bottle. The sales page names six ingredients in a proprietary blend: magnesium glycinate, alpha-lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. It prints no amounts. It is not a medicine.

Is Flow Nerves a capsule, a gummy or drops?

A capsule. The sales page says 30 capsules and 30 servings per bottle. No gummy or drop form is known. Look-alike names exist, so check the form before you buy anything. See Flow Nerves capsules.

Who is Flow Nerves for?

The sales page says adults 18 and over. Follow your own bottle's label. Numbness, tingling, burning or weakness needs a clinician to find the cause, and a supplement is not a substitute. See who it is for.

Who makes Flow Nerves?

We cannot say. No maker is named on anything we saw. This website is the information site of a U.S. retail partner, not the manufacturer. See about this site.

Is Flow Nerves a drug or a treatment?

No. It is a dietary supplement. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements). It is not a treatment for neuropathy, sciatica, carpal tunnel or any condition.

What does the bottle look like?

The brand render shows a white bottle with a white ribbed cap and a dark navy label with teal edges. It prints FlowNerves, “NERVE SUPPORT*”, “30 CAPSULES” and “DIETARY SUPPLEMENT”. It is a render, not a photo of a bottle we hold.

The label and the evidence

What does the label show, and what do studies say?

Seven label items are printed and eight are not. The typed read-out below lists each one the way we saw it.

What we saw printed for Flow Nerves, line by line. There is no label image to show.

What are the Flow Nerves ingredients?

Six are named: magnesium glycinate, alpha-lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone). The sales page gives 95% curcuminoids for the turmeric, which is a share, not an amount. See the ingredients.

How much of each ingredient is in a capsule?

We do not know. No milligram amount, blend total or Daily Value was printed on what we saw. We state none, and we never guess one. See the label page.

What is a proprietary blend?

A label may list a blend with one total weight instead of one amount for each ingredient (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR), Supplement Facts and proprietary blends). We saw no total either, so a reader cannot tell how much of any one ingredient is present. See the blend page.

Does Flow Nerves work?

No study has tested it, so no page can say. The brand calls it “developed to provide straightforward nutritional support for your nerves”. That is the brand's wording, not a finding. See claims and evidence.

What do studies of the ingredients show?

Studies are about single ingredients at set amounts, not this blend. On alpha-lipoic acid in diabetic neuropathy, a 2024 Cochrane review and a 2023 meta-analysis reach different conclusions about the strength of the evidence. We found no nerve evidence for butcher's broom.

Is the L-carnitine in Flow Nerves the form that was studied?

The sales page does not name the form. Trials of nerve symptoms in diabetes looked at acetyl-L-carnitine, a different form. We found no neuropathy trial of plain L-carnitine.

What are the lot and CoA numbers?

The seller gives lot FN-26/FL-7548 and CoA reference FN-7548-26-FL. They are the seller's references. No lab report was shown to us, so they are not proof of testing. See the batch check.

Taking it and safety

How do you take it, and what should you check first?

Read your own bottle, ask a pharmacist if you take any medicine, and keep taking what your doctor prescribed.

How do I take Flow Nerves?

The sales-page FAQ says one capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water. Your own bottle's directions come first. Do not take more than the bottle says. See how to take it.

Can I take Flow Nerves with my medicines?

No source says it is fine for any medicine. Public sources list cautions for blood thinners, diabetes medicine, thyroid hormone medicine and kidney problems. Show the ingredient list to your pharmacist first and keep taking what is prescribed. See the medicine check.

Which ingredients carry medicine cautions?

Turmeric, coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitine appear in cautions about blood thinners. Alpha-lipoic acid can lower blood sugar. Carnitine has a thyroid note. Magnesium has cautions with some antibiotics, bisphosphonates and diuretics, and with kidney problems.

What are the side effects of Flow Nerves?

No study tested this product, so no list is specific to it. Public sources list stomach upset for several of the ingredients, and reports of liver injury with some turmeric products. See side effects.

Can I take it if I am pregnant or nursing?

Ask a doctor first. The sales page says adults 18 and over, and public sources say little is known about several of these ingredients in pregnancy and nursing.

Should I take it before surgery?

Tell your surgeon about every supplement you use. FDA says a provider may ask you to stop supplements before surgery, so ask rather than guess (FDA, Mixing Medications and Dietary Supplements Can Endanger Your Health).

When should I see a doctor instead?

Get a clinician's help for numbness, tingling, burning or weakness, a foot sore that will not heal, or changes in bladder or bowel control. Sudden weakness on one side, a drooping face or trouble speaking needs urgent medical care.

  1. Seek urgent medical care nowSudden weakness or numbness on one side of the body, a drooping face, trouble speaking, confusion or a sudden severe headache. Do not wait to see if a supplement helps.
  2. Urgent care todayLoss of bladder or bowel control, numbness in the groin or inner thighs, or weakness or numbness that spreads fast in both legs. MedlinePlus lists bladder or bowel changes among sciatica warning signs.
  3. See a clinician soonNumbness or tingling that spreads, keeps coming back or wakes you at night; weakness or dropping things; falls or a new loss of balance.
  4. Foot woundA foot sore, blister or cut that will not heal, a red, hot or swollen foot, or a change in skin color. See a clinician promptly, especially with diabetes.
  5. Get medical advice nowA rash, swelling of the face or lips, hives, trouble breathing, yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain or other new symptoms after starting any supplement.

Signs drawn from public health and clinic sources (NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy) (CDC, Your Feet and Diabetes) (MedlinePlus, Sciatica). This list is not complete, and a supplement is never a reason to wait.

Write to the website inbox about a page, or call the order desk about an order. The two are not the same desk.
