Flow Nerves Capsules: What Is in the 30-Capsule Bottle
Flow Nerves is sold as capsules, not gummies or drops. A bottle holds 30 capsules, which is 30 servings, and the sales-page directions are one capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water. The sales page does not give a capsule size, shell material, fillers or storage directions.

Form and count
What are Flow Nerves capsules?
Flow Nerves capsules are the only form we know of. The sales page and the bottle render both say 30 capsules per bottle, and we found no gummy or drop version.
The name matters because look-alike products exist. Searches for gummies or drops with a similar name lead to other products. This site covers only the capsule, for adults 18 and over, sold through the order links here. A capsule is swallowed whole, and the sales-page FAQ asks for it with a meal and a full glass of water.

Capsule or something else?
How is a capsule different from gummies, drops or medicine?
It is a different product in each case, with different directions. The table keeps them apart.

| Capsule | Yes: Flow Nerves | Swallowed whole with a meal and a full glass of water | The sales page and the render say 30 capsules; one capsule daily |

30 capsules per bottle
How long do 30 capsules per bottle last?
At one capsule a day, a bottle is a 30-day supply. That is plain arithmetic from the directions on the sales page, not a promise about any result.
The packs we list are 2, 3 and 6 bottles, so they cover 60, 90 and 180 days. The prices below are the set prices on this site, and the sales page shows a free-shipping badge on the 6-bottle kit. No 1-bottle price is listed here. Confirm the price, the shipping and the guarantee at checkout.
| Pack | Capsules (days at 1 a day) | Per bottle | Total | Per day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 | $79 | $158 | $2.63 |
| 3 bottles | 90 | $69 | $207 | $2.30 |
| 6 bottles | 180 | $49 | $294 | $1.63 |
See the pricing page for the full breakdown and the 60-day promise for the terms.
Taking a capsule
What do the directions say about taking the capsules?
One capsule daily, with a meal and a full glass of water. The bottle that arrives wins if it says something different.
One a day
Do not take more than the bottle says. The sales page gives no larger dose to compare.
With a meal
The FAQ asks for it. The page gives no reason, so we offer none.
Full glass of water
The page names no size for the glass. Use your own judgment and your bottle's wording.
The sales page does not say whether a capsule may be opened or split, so do not do either without asking the order desk or a pharmacist. Our how to take Flow Nerves page covers the routine in full.

How can you keep track of 30 capsules?
A private tap-a-day grid marks each of the 30 capsules in a bottle. It saves only in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
A private capsule log: tap a day once when you take your capsule, tap again when it was with a meal and a full glass of water, and a third time to clear it. 30 days to a bottle at one capsule a day. It saves only in this browser and sends nothing anywhere. It shows what you did, never what the capsule did. Follow your bottle's directions for how much to take.
A log shows what you did on which day. It cannot show what a capsule caused, because sleep, food, medicine and illness all change from one week to the next.
What is inside
What do the capsules contain?
Six named ingredients in a proprietary blend: magnesium glycinate, alpha-lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10.
No milligram amount is printed for any of them. The only figure is 95% curcuminoids for the turmeric, which is a share of the extract and not an amount per capsule. See the ingredients page and the supplement facts page for the full list of what is and is not printed.
Before you add a capsule to a day that already includes medicine, ask a pharmacist. Public sources list cautions for some of the six with blood thinners, diabetes medicine and thyroid hormone medicine, and tell people to bring a list of everything they take (FDA, Mixing Medications and Dietary Supplements Can Endanger Your Health). Keep taking prescribed medicine. Supplements are not approved by the FDA before sale (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements), and the capsule is not a treatment for any condition.
