- Find your order ID. It is in your confirmation email.
- Call or write as soon as you can. A bottle that has not shipped is easier to stop than one in the post.
- Give your full name, email and order ID. The desk asks for these on returns too.
- Say what you want. “Cancel the whole order” or “cancel the 6-bottle kit and keep nothing” leaves less room for doubt.
- Ask for a written reply. Save it with the date.
