Flownerves Dosage: One Capsule a Day, and No Milligram Amounts
The only flownerves dosage we have is the sales-page FAQ: one capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water. No milligram amount is printed for any of the six ingredients on what we saw, so we state none. Your bottle's own directions come first, and a pharmacist can check the list.

What is the flownerves dosage on the sales page?
One capsule a day, taken with a meal and a full glass of water, for adults 18 and over. That is the whole dosage statement we found, and it comes from the sales-page FAQ.
A bottle holds 30 capsules, which is 30 servings. The page names no size for the glass and no time of day. It prints no milligram amount for magnesium glycinate, alpha-lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract or coenzyme Q10. It prints one percentage, 95% curcuminoids for the turmeric, and that is a share of the extract, not an amount per capsule. Read the full routine in how to take Flow Nerves.
Why is no milligram dosage printed?
We saw no Supplement Facts panel at all, so we do not know whether the label lists a blend total. A federal rule lets a blend be listed with one total weight and without an amount for each ingredient (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR), Supplement Facts and proprietary blends).
That makes the dosage of each ingredient unknown to a shopper, even when the capsule count is clear. It also means any claim that the product holds the studied amount of an ingredient is a guess. Our proprietary blend page explains the rule, and the supplement facts page shows what we could and could not read.
We will not guess a milligram figure for any ingredient. A guess printed on a health site can look like a fact.
Do studied amounts tell you the dose in a capsule?
No. Sources report amounts used in their own trials or set as limits, and none of them tested this product. The table puts a source figure next to the unknown amount in the blend.
| Ingredient | An amount that appears in a source | Amount in Flow Nerves |
|---|---|---|
| Magnesium | 350 mg a day is the upper level for magnesium from supplements (NIH ODS, Magnesium (health professional fact sheet)) | Not printed |
| Alpha-lipoic acid | Trials in diabetic neuropathy used 600 to 1,800 mg a day (Cochrane review, Alpha-lipoic acid for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (2024)) | Not printed |
| L-carnitine | Trials in type 2 diabetes used 2 or 3 g a day for blood-sugar markers (NIH ODS, Carnitine (health professional fact sheet)) | Not printed |
| Coenzyme Q10 | One cancer-care trial used 300 mg a day with vitamin E for 24 weeks (NCI PDQ, Coenzyme Q10 (health professional version)) | Not printed |
| Butcher's broom | Dry extracts of 37 to 200 mg, one to three times a day, appear in an EMA monograph (EMA, Community herbal monograph on Ruscus aculeatus rhizoma (2008; copy hosted by e-lactancia.org)) | Not printed |
| Turmeric | Liver-injury cases involved 500 to 1,000 mg a day (LiverTox, Turmeric) | Not printed |
These figures are not recommendations, and none is a Flow Nerves amount. Never read the blend as lower or higher than any of them.
