Flownerves Honest Review: What a Review Can and Cannot Do
An honest review of a supplement without a lab test or trial can read the label, check claims against public sources and flag gaps. It cannot say the capsule works. Our Flow Nerves scorecard counts 7 of 15 label items printed. It is an editorial count of facts, not a rating or a verdict.

What can a Flownerves honest review actually do?
A Flownerves honest review starts with a limit: we have not tested the capsule, and no trial of it exists. So we do not say whether it works. We can read what is printed, compare each statement with public sources and point out what is missing.
That is a narrower job than most review pages claim, and it is the only part we can do without making things up. The FTC says endorsements must be honest and ties between a seller and a reviewer must be clear (FTC, Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking). This site is the information site of a U.S. retail partner and earns money when you buy through its links.
Can do
Read the label, check the numbers, set claims beside sources.
Cannot do
Measure contents, judge effect, or speak for any one person's body.
Will not do
Give a star score, invent customer quotes or promise safety to every reader.
What does the label-transparency scorecard show?
Our scorecard lists 15 facts a reader would want on a supplement label and marks each as printed or not on what we saw. 7 of 15 are printed.
| Printed | Not printed |
|---|---|
| Product name and form | Amount in mg for each ingredient |
| Capsules per bottle | Blend total and the split inside it |
| Directions | Daily Value percentages |
| Ingredient names | Other ingredients (shell, fillers) |
| Guarantee terms | Allergen statement |
| Lot and certificate reference (seller's) | Maker named |
| Contact and returns address | Independent lab named; a study of the product |
The count is ours. It is not a rating, it does not measure quality, and a product could print all 15 and still not work. It only tells you how much you can check. A federal rule lets a blend list one total weight in place of one amount per ingredient (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR), Supplement Facts and proprietary blends), and we saw not even a total. The supplement facts page and the proprietary blend page explain what that hides.
What can we say about the ingredients?
Only this. Single-ingredient evidence is mixed and none of it tested this blend. Alpha-lipoic acid is the best studied, and its reviews disagree: Cochrane 2024 found probably little or no effect on symptoms at six months (Cochrane review, Alpha-lipoic acid for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (2024)), while a 2023 meta-analysis reported more favorable scores (Nutrients 2023 meta-analysis, Oral alpha-lipoic acid and diabetic polyneuropathy). Those trials used set amounts in people with diabetes, and Flow Nerves prints none. For the rest, see the ingredients page.
Whatever any review says, numbness, tingling, burning or weakness needs a clinician, and a supplement is not a substitute. Keep taking prescribed medicine and ask your pharmacist first, since public sources list cautions for several of the six ingredients with blood thinners and diabetes medicine.
