Flownerves Results: What a Result Can Mean for a Supplement

Quick answer

We show no Flow Nerves results because none can be shown honestly. No study tested the product, and we have no matched customer outcomes. What you can do is keep a fair personal log and see a clinician about numbness, tingling or weakness, since a log records what you did and cannot prove a cause.

Where are the Flownerves results?

Flownerves results are not on this site, and that is deliberate. A result needs a measurement, a comparison and a way to rule out other causes. We have none of the three for this product.

No study of Flow Nerves has been published that we could find. We show no star rating, review count or customer quote until a review is matched to a real order. The FTC bans fake and false reviews (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews (press release)), so an empty slot is safer than a filled one. The photos in our review slots were supplied by the vendor and are not matched to any order. See how we check reviews.

What can the word results mean?

People use the word for very different things, and the difference decides how much weight to give a claim.

Kind of resultWhat it can showWhat it cannot show
Trial of a productA measured change against a comparison groupNothing exists for Flow Nerves
Trial of one ingredientA change at a stated amount, in a stated groupThe effect of this blend at an unprinted amount
Customer storyThat one person felt somethingCause; many things change in a month
Your own logWhat you took and notedThat the capsule caused any change

Ingredient trials are the closest thing available, and they are mixed. A 2024 Cochrane review of alpha-lipoic acid in diabetic neuropathy, limited to trials of six months or more, judged the effect on symptoms probably small or none (Cochrane review, Alpha-lipoic acid for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (2024)). A 2023 meta-analysis that included shorter trials reported more favorable symptom scores (Nutrients 2023 meta-analysis, Oral alpha-lipoic acid and diabetic polyneuropathy). Those trials used 600 to 1,800 mg a day in people with diabetes. Flow Nerves prints no amount, and no study tested it.

Butcher's broom and L-carnitine are in a similar position. Butcher's broom has no nerve evidence in what we read, and the nerve-symptom trials of carnitine used a different form, acetyl-L-carnitine (Cochrane review, Acetyl-L-carnitine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (2019)).

How do you keep a fair personal log?

A log cannot prove a cause, but a careful one stops you from fooling yourself. Start before the first capsule.

  1. Write a baseline. Describe your symptoms in your own words, with dates, before you begin.
  2. Change one thing. If you start a new diet, shoes or medicine in the same week, you cannot tell which did what.
  3. Tick each day. Record the capsule, the time and whether you took it with a meal and a full glass of water, as the sales-page FAQ directs.
  4. Note side effects. Stomach upset, headache or sleep changes count.
  5. Review at set points. Look at day 30 and day 60, before the 60-day promise window closes.

A tap-a-day capsule log is on the how to use page and saves only in your browser. Our results timeline page explains why we give no number of weeks.

When should a clinician look instead?

Numbness, tingling and burning in the hands or feet have many causes, including diabetes, a vitamin B12 shortage, thyroid or kidney disease, alcohol, some medicines and pinched nerves (NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy). A supplement does not sort these out.

Book a visit for new or spreading numbness, weakness, a foot wound that is slow to heal, or bladder or bowel changes. Sudden weakness on one side, a drooping face or trouble speaking needs urgent medical care. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and ask your pharmacist or doctor before adding a supplement.

If you do try the capsules, take your log to the visit. It gives the clinician dates and details, which is worth more than a verdict from a website. See the claims versus evidence page for each brand statement set beside sources.

FAQ

Flow Nerves questions people ask

Do you have before and after photos of Flow Nerves?

No. We show no customer outcomes. Any photo in a review slot was supplied by the vendor and is not matched to an order.

How soon will I see results?

We cannot give a number of weeks. No study tested the product, and a changing symptom may have other causes.

What should I record in a log?

Your start date, the dates you took it, symptoms in your own words, other changes and any visits to a clinician.
